The Vogue is one of my personal favorites thanks to its simple one-button control and pocket-friendly size. Plenty of power to the get the most out of any vape juice you're using, along with an all-day battery.
Easy Of Use
Vapor4Life has a solid library of box mods to choose from. The Vogue is our favorite from their catalog thanks to its perfect size and "built-for-the-beginner" design. Techy vapers need not apply.
Vapor4Life is among the most well-regarded brand names in the vaping industry today. Their Vapor Zeus device is considered one of the best machines in its category, and their e-juice offers a perfect blend of quality and variety. The company’s latest offering, a 50w box mod named the Vogue, continues Vapor4Life’s winning streak by combining ease of use with acceptable performance for an affordable price. It is one of the very best box mods you can buy, especially for new users.
This simple box mod is perfect both for smokers looking to start vaping in order to kick the habit and more experienced vapers in need of a simple device for when they are on the go. The Vogue has one button that you push to fire it, without all of the complicated settings found on other models. The button is located at the top of the device, so finding it is never an issue. A grooved curve wrapping makes the Vogue easy to grip, and the LCD screen in the middle of the device is easy to see. The screen’s white font really pops against the blue background it is set against. The Vogue is also sleek enough to fit comfortably in a pocket or purse. Overall, this is one of the most convenient box mods out there.
All of the convenience in the world wouldn’t matter if the device failed to perform, but the Vogue delivers a satisfying vaping experience. Fifty watts are enough to satisfy the vast majority of vapers, and the clouds in my trial were thick and tasty. While other machines blow you away with power when you hit the trigger button, the Vogue always felt in control. The battery life is also quite strong, lasting me all day despite my heavy use. When it’s time to recharge, the Vogue’s charging port is well-placed near the bottom of the device. The Vogue can be charged while in use, ensuring that you are never caught without your vape as long as there is a charger around. Always handy in a pinch!
The Vogue is 510 threaded, meaning that it is compatible with the vast majority (98.9%) of tanks on the market today. If you have a favorite tank from a cig-a-like or vape pen, you can snap it onto the Vogue and the device will automatically make any necessary power adjustments. This makes the Vogue a strong choice for vapers looking to upgrade to a more powerful box mod from a smaller device. The included Riptide tank is a quality option if you do not yet own an e-juice tank. It feels well-made, fits the device perfectly, and did not leak at all during my trial. Its two-sided airflow also brings out the flavor of any e-juice you put into it. I figured that novice vapers would not have the 10-20 510 threaded tanks on hand that I do, so I conducted the test almost exclusively with the tank provided. As you can see, the results were quite strong.
The starter kit also includes a 30mL bottle of Vapor4Life’s Ultimo e-juice. It is a personal pet peeve of mine when vaping starter kits lack e-juice, as you cannot vape without it and yet a total novice has no idea what they are looking at when they try to buy it themselves. Many in the industry force newcomers into this undesirable situation, potentially turning them off before they even try vaping. The Ultimo line is a high end product, so Vapor4Life deserves credit for introducing new customers to the good stuff at no extra cost.
Despite all of the strong points, the Vogue does have a few downsides. The device needs to be fully charged to actually perform at 50 watts, as the power level declines with the battery life. It does not dip below 30 watts until it is time to recharge, however, which is still enough for a satisfying vaping experience. The Vogue lacks sub-ohm and temperature control options, rendering it unsuitable for the most hardcore vapers. Vets may also desire more power than the Vogue can give them. The charge time is kind of slow (two hours from dead to full), and the actual USB plug-in goes in upside down. Still, both factors are mitigated by the strong battery life. Finally, the mod itself is available in only black and red coloration. I personally prefer a stainless steel look, but both colors are popular in the modern vaping industry.
In conclusion, Vapor4Life’s new Vogue is among the best box mods on the market today. It is very easy to use and delivers a satisfying vaping experience, making it ideal for newcomers. It is also an affordable option, coming in with a price tag under $100. The included tank and e-juice are all the more reason novices should check this one out. The device’s portable size, strong battery life, and simplicity also make it ideal as a road vape, even for more experienced users. This customer will appreciate the device’s 510 threading, and Vapor4Life’s Ultimo e-juice is a good fit for anyone.
